What to expect from us
- Totex will arrange a date to visit site for a no obligation free site visit and during this visit we will ascertain which method/methods are appropriate for the surfaces requiring cleaning
- Totex will identify any areas needing minor repairs or which will require additional cleaning methods
- Totex will provide you with a full method statement and quotation
- Upon written confirmation of acceptance of the quotation Totex will arrange a date to complete the work, at your convenience
- Totex will provide any risk assessments and product data sheets you require
- On the day, operatives will secure any working areas safely in order to protect any people or flora and fauna
- On completion we will provide you with our ‘Green Choice’ award
- Totex will complete a follow up visit approximately 8 weeks following the treatment and any stubborn stains will be removed at this time
